1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The $25 Pyramid contest will take place each weekday (except for holidays) beginning on July 18th, 2006 at about 7:40am until a date to be determined by WOMX-FM (the “Station”).

b. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following method: Listen to WOMX for the cue to call and be the twenty-fifth (25th) caller at 407-919-1051 or 1-877-919-1051. Each morning show member (Scott, Erica, Jay and Zack) will randomly draw a number from 1 to 4, and will be assigned their picked number for the Pyramid game. The caller will also pick a number from 1 to 4 and will play the game with the air personality assigned to that number. To play the game, the air personality will list items in each category until hopefully the contestant can name the category. For example, the air personality says swiss, cheddar, munster and provolone and the correct answer is “cheese.” The air personality will not be able to use the name of the category in their list of clues; if this happens, the category will be thrown out and the participant will have one less category to win. The goal of the game is for the participant to identify all five different categories in 60 seconds. A participant can opt to pass a challenging category one time to try to get it at a later time. The participant will receive $5 for every correct category given, for a maximum of $25 for the game.

c. In addition, if and upon correctly identifying all five categories, a participant will receive the pot of “roll over” money, accumulated as of the time of his/her participation. The “roll over” money pot consists of the amount of money accumulated for each category not correctly identified by a previous participant in the Pyramid game. For every category not correctly identified by a participant, $5 will roll over to a running pot. Once the pot is paid out, it will start again from $0 for the next participant.

d. The number of air personality participants is subject to change on any given weekday morning.

e. The Station is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her telephone call.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. The contest is open to all WOMX listeners who are 18 years of age or older and who legally reside in Orlando listening area. Employees of WOMX, its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Orlando metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families [AND/OR HOUSEHOLDS] are ineligible to participate or win.

b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest every 60 days.

c. Winner must have a valid photo ID such as driver’s license or passport in order to claim prize at the MIX business office.

3. PRIZES

a. One contest prize will be awarded each weekday (except for holidays). The contest prize will be $5 for every correct answer given by a participant, plus the “roll over” money pot, if applicable. WOMX-FM will mail a check for the total of amount of money awarded to the winner’s home address (as provided) in 4-6 weeks.

b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) of winning. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk of its loss. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.

c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.

b. Prize winners will be selected in the manner described in Section 1b of these rules.

c. Odds of winning depend on the number of calls received.

d. Winner needs to be listening to WOMX to participate and win.

e. Winner is declared live on the air. Winners must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within thirty (30) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and become property of WOMX-FM.

5. CONDITIONS

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

b. By participating in the contest, winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

d. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

e. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.

f. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.

g. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of WOMX-FM, 1800 Pembrook Drive, Suite 400, Orlando, Florida, 32810.
