1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The MIX105.1 Your MIX at Six Contest (the “Contest”) will take place Monday-Thursday (except holidays), beginning on February 11th, 2008 and until further notice – a date to be determined by WOMX-FM (the “Contest Period”).

b. To participate in the Contest, you may enter via the following method:

• Beginning February 11th, 2008, visit mix1051.com and click on the ‘Your MIX at Six’ link on the home page, then enter your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number, a valid email address, and the title and artist of up to five (5) of your favorite songs in the online entry form. Only one (1) internet entry per person and one (1) internet entry per email address is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. All entries submitted become the sole property of WOMX (the “Station”) and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Station. The Station’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Contest. Each day of the Contest at about 3pm Eastern Time, the Station talent will randomly draw a winner from all eligible entries received up to that point and contact them off the air to award their prize. The winner phone call and some of the songs selected by the Winner will be aired that night at 6pm on WOMX-FM, at the discretion of the Station.

c. The Station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.

d. All entries must be received by 12pm each Thursday for that week’s prize.

e. Only one (1) entry per person, per household, per day. Contestant can only win once during the Contest.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. The Contest is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in the following Florida counties: Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Polk, Brevard and Volusia. Employees of the Station, its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Orlando metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest every 60 days.

c. Winner will required to provide valid government photo identification and social security number upon claiming prize. Winner will also need to sign station Contest release form.

d. Contestants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Station will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

3. PRIZES

a. One prize will be awarded each day Monday-Thursday. The Contest prize will vary throughout the Contest at STATION’S DISCRETION, and may consist of one (1) of the following items: one (1) gift certificate for dinner at a restaurant to be selected by station, two (2) concert tickets to an event to be selected by the Station, special event tickets, or a retail gift card with a value and to a location selected by the Station. Prizes will be awarded based on availability and solely at the discretion of the Station upon verification of winner eligibility. Winners subject to terms and conditions of gift cards as set forth by the issuer.

b. All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning or sooner if it’s a date sensitive prize.

c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a. Decisions of Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

b. Winner will be selected in accordance to Section 1.b of these rules.

c. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

d. Winner need not be listening or present to win.

e. Winners will be contacted by telephone by the Station programming department at 12:15pm on the day of their selection. If the Winner cannot be contacted by 1:00pm then an alternate winner will be randomly selected by drawing. Winners must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form within thirty (30) days of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited. .

5. CONDITIONS

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

b. By participating in the Contest, the winners and their guests, if any, agree to have their names, voices, or likenesses used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require Contest winners and their guests, if any, to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Contest.

d. The Station, in is sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Station’s Web Site or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

e. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

f. Failure to comply with the Contest rules may result in a Contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.

g. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of a prize.

h. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of WOMX, 1800 Pembrook Drive, Suite 400, Orlando, Florida, 32810.

6. INTERNET SWEEPSTAKES PRIVACY POLICY
