1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The Street of Dreams Best of Show Sweepstakes contest (the “Contest”) will begin on May 10th, 2008 and end on June 22nd, 2008 (the “Contest Period”)

b. To participate in the Contest, you may enter via the following method:

and fill out and official WOMX entry form, while supplies last, with their first and last name, complete address, city, state, and zip code, telephone number and date of birth, and drop it in the official entry box at the location. No photocopies or mechanically reproduced entry for will be accepted.

c. WOMX is not responsible for lost, stolen, mangled, misdelivered, illegible, incomplete, or untimely entries.

d. All entries must be received by June 22, 2008. 5 p.m.

e. One entry per person please.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. The Contest is open to all who are 21 years of age or older and who legally reside in the continental US. Employees of WOMX-FM (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Orlando metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or win. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station Contest every 60 days.

c. Winner will be required to provide valid government issued photo ID upon claiming prize. Winner also needs to provide social security number and will be required to sign station prize release form.

3. PRIZES

a. One (1) prize will be awarded. Prize is a five-thousand dollar ($5,000) gift certificate to Saxon Clark furniture store, located at 995 S.R. 434 North, Suite 509, Altamonte Springs, Florida 32714. No charge for delivery in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Brevard, Volusia counties in Florida. Winner will be responsible for sales tax. Gift certificate good towards merchandise only and expires on December 31, 2008. Winner subject to terms and conditions of gift certificate as set forth by the issuer. Total ARV: $5,000.00

b. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the Contest are final.

b. One (1) winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received on June 23rd, 2008 at about 9am.

c. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

d. Winner need not be listening or present to win.

e. Winner will be notified on June 24th, 2008 at about 12pm by Saxon Clark. If winner cannot be contacted within thirty of days, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be chosen via random drawing. Saxon Clark will work with winner directly on prize fulfillment. Saxon Clark will also issue W2 form to winner.

5. CONDITIONS

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner. For any prize values over $600, Winner will be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent or prize will be forfeited.

b. By participating in the Contest, the winner agrees to have his or her name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require Contest Winner to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Contest.

d. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

e. Failure to comply with the Contest rules may result in a Contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.

f. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of a prize.

g. Copies of the written Contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available during regular business hours at the main studio of WOMX-FM, 1800 Pembrook Drive, Suite 400, Orlando, Florida, 32810.
