1. HOW TO ENTER

a. The MIX105.1 Idol Weekend of Winning contest (the “Contest”) will begin on Friday, May 2nd at approximately 5pm EST and end on Sunday, May 4th, 2008 at approximately 6pm EST. (“Contest Period”). The on-line element will be posted April 28th, 2008 at 12:01am thru May 4th, 2008 at 11:59pm EST.

b. To participate in the contest, you may enter via the following methods: Listen to WOMX-FM during the Contest Period for the live cue to call to be aired. When you hear the cue to call, successfully call in on the stations call in line at 407-919-1051 or 1-877-919-1051 as caller number fifteen (15) to win one (1) qualifying prize and qualify for the grand prize drawing. The cue to call will be aired twenty (20) times during the Contest Period.

Participants can also submit one entry on-line April 28th, 2008 at 12:01am – May 4th, 2008 at 11:59pm. Enter your first name and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number and a valid email address in the online entry form. Only one internet entry per person and one internet entry per email address is permitted. Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address.

On Monday, May 5th at about 8:50am, WOMX will randomly draw the trip winner from the on-air and on-line entries received.

c. The Station is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an individual from completing his/her telephone call. The Station is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches

d. There is no limit to the number of times a listener may attempt to call in to become a qualifier, but a listener may become a qualifier only once on-air during the Contest Period. Participants can also submit one entry on-line.

2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS

a. The contest is open to all WOMX-FM listeners who are 18 years of age or older and who legally reside the WOMX listening area. Employees of WOMX-FM (the “Station”), its licensee, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Orlando metropolitan area and the members of their immediate families and/ or households are ineligible to participate or win.

b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any Station contest every 60 days. If applicable insert the following: and a prize valued at $600.00 or more only once every six months.

c. Winners must sign station contest release form and provide government issued photo identification and social security number upon claiming prize.

d. Contestants are required to provide truthful information and the Station will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Station will also delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

3. PRIZES

a. Twenty (20) qualifiers will each receive one (1) Carrie Underwood CD, one Daughtry CD and one American Idol t-shirt. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) = $40.00

b. One (1) grand prize winner will receive: Round trip coach airfare from Orlando, FL to Los Angeles, CA departing on May 20th, 2008 and returning on May 22nd, 2008. Prize also includes two (2) tickets to attend the 2 hour season finale of American Idol on Wednesday, May 21st, 2008 at the Nokia Theatre and two (2) night standard room double occupancy hotel accommodations and room tax at the Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood, CA from May 20th, 2008 – May 22nd, 2008. Grand prize winner will also receive $100.00 towards ground transportation. ARV = $1,300.00. Travel companion of grand prize winner must travel with grand prize winner on the same travel itinerary. Travel companion of the grand prize winner must be 18 years of age or older unless grand prize winner is the parent or legal guardian of travel companion. Minimum age for the travel companion is eight (8) years of age. Grand Prize Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all forms of insurance) where applicable, at their option, and hereby acknowledge that the Station has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Any winners of certificates/vouchers will be subject to the terms and conditions as set forth by the provider of the certificate/voucher. Grand prize winner and travel companion are solely responsible for all applicable taxes including but not limited to hospitality and airport taxes, telephone charges, meals, gratuities, and any other expenses not specifically offered herein. Grand prize winner may be required to present a valid credit card upon hotel check-in to cover incidental expenses incurred during stay. Other restrictions may apply. All travelers must possess required travel documents (e.g. government issued photo I.D.) prior to departure.

b. All qualifying prizes may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address below. The winner will forfeit any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. Prize will not be mailed.

c. There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

a. Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.

b. Twenty (20) qualifiers will be selected as described in 1b above.

c. On May 5th, 2008 at approximately 8:50am WOMX will select one (1) grand prize winner in a random drawing from all on-air qualifiers selected and on-line entries.

d. Odds of winning a qualifying prize depends upon the number and order of phone calls received and number of entries received on-line.

e. Grand prize winner need not be listening to announcement to win grand prize.

f. The grand prize winner will be contacted by 9am EST on May 5th, 2008 following the drawing. WOMX-FM must confirm grand prize winner and guest information by 5pm on May 5th, 2008 or an alternate grand prize winner may be selected in a random drawn of the remaining qualifiers and contacted by telephone. Grand prize winner must execute and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Prize Acceptance Form by 5pm on May 6th, 2008 or prize may be forfeited and an alternate grand prize winner selected in a random drawing from the remaining qualifiers.

5. CONDITIONS

a. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

b. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the contest.

d. The Station, in is sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Station’s Web Site or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

e. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

f. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification solely at the discretion of the Station.

g. The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
